What is the benefit of Sign Up and subscribe to the Newsletter?

We will keep your personal information for future transactions.
Basically we will only use Your Email address and mailing address, we will not
call you up, except if you want it to.
If you are subscribing to our newsletter, you will be the first to get the
information about our latest Promotion or other Beading-related news.
Do you keep my personal information confidentially?
Absolutely!
All your Personal Information will be kept confidentially and will not be
provided to any third party.
What would happen if I have submitted WRONG email address or WRONG mailing address?
Our system will keep the
information you have submitted without any checking. Incorrect email address may
lead to delivery failure of any email sent to you automatically upon completion
of certain transactions.
If your mailing address is not correct, it may lead to delivery delay of your
order or in worst case you may lose your purchased merchandise if you are using
regular mail. Please aware that you have to bear these consequences. For
resending of your order, we may have to charge another postage fee.
How do I know if I have submitted WRONG email address?
Within 5 minutes after you sign-up, our system will send you a Welcome message to your e-mail. If you don't receive any message from us, please check your email address by logging in our website again and change your email address.
Can I have more than ONE user account?
You can have more than 1 user account, but it is recommended for your own benefit to use only one single account. In the future we will introduce Rebate or Costumer Rewards system, in which the calculation will be based on single account, combination of accounts is not counted.
We have difficulty Log in, what should I do?
1. Sometimes, it's temporary error from the system . Please open a new window and try again.

Launch Internet Explorer (For Ethernet based modem)
1) Click on 'Tools' and Select 'Internet Option'.
2) Click on 'Connections' tab.
3) Click on 'LAN Settings'.
4) Tick on 'Use a proxy server for your LAN(These settings will not
apply to dial-up or VPN connections).
5) In the 'Address' box type in proxy.singnet.com.sg . For the
'Port' box, type in '8080'.
6) Click on 'OK'.
Close the Internet Explorer page and re-launch a new page plus try
to access to the affected site
3. Still not working : We will try to solve the problem on the site for Singapore address. Or you may call your Internet provider/ technical support for a further help.
Are the prices stated include GST?
Yes, all the prices stated are include GST.
What is the additional Charge, we have to be aware?
Shipping charges and if you pay via PayPal with a Credit card, you have to add another 5% PayPal Fee. Additional Re-send postage fee, if you gave an uncompleted address and the parcel is bounced back to us.

Generally we do not set minimum order. Occasionally for certain Promotional items and Eligibility for free Gift there is min order.

Can I get cheaper price if ordering in Bulk ?
Definitely, Bulk or Wholesale purchase has a better rate.

you may find option for different purchase quantity. If you can't find it, it
means we sell the particular item only in 1 quantity option. You can also send
us email for a quotation.
If I need more than the quantity offered in the website?

What should I do if I have ordered wrong items?
Please send us email ASAP, we will revised the order.
In which currency should I pay?
We prefer to accept payment in Singapore Dollar.
Is your Bank account correct? Because I can't make Payment through.
Yes, our Bank accounts given automatically in the e-invoice are correct. The problem may come temporary from the system. Please try again in a new window (ATM or online Banking).
What are the available payment methods?

Via Bank transfer to POSB/DBS or UOB (Singapore)
From ATM payment, pls email us for: Order No, Amount, and Date of transfer
International/Local
PayPal ( we have verified PayPal account)
For Credit Card Payment via PayPal you have to add extra charge
5% for payment above S$25

Which information do I need to keep after the payment is made?
For Online Bank Transfer:
Date of Transfer, Amount, Your Nick Name, Transfer Reference number
For ATM Transfer: Date of Transfer, Amount, Receipt No.
Can I change the Payment Method after the ordering is done?

If your total orders weight 200gr, Shipping cost 3+2.2+7.40 = S$12.60
If your total orders weight 500gr, Shipping cost 3+2.2+17.90 = S$23.10
Normally it takes 6 to 12 Workings day to deliver, unless Costume Duties held the parcel longer

Yes, for order within 5 working days. We will send you a notice for total amount of purchase..
When is the order delivered? When can I expect to get the merchandise?
Upon receiving your payment, we will mail your order out within 2 workings days. No mail out on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. For local Singapore address, it is depending on the Post Office, in general you may expect about 3-4 workings days after you've made the transfer, otherwise we will send you information.
For international address, it is depending on your country and Shipping company you've chosen. Normally it takes 6-12 working days, unless the parcel is being help by costume duties longer.
Delay may occur during long public holiday or Festive Season.
What should I do if I don't receive my ( NON REGISTER) mail Order?
Before you send us an email: Please check,
whether your address given is correct.
Is it a Festive season now? If yes, we may have a delay during Festive Season.
For more than 1 weeks delay from our Delivery update, please email us;
We will update you if the order bounced back to us and send a Feedback to PO.
For non registered mail option, we cannot help to
track the mail and you have to bear the risk of losing the merchandise.
Therefore it is recommended to choose the safer Option: REGISTERED MAIL
What happen if I don't receive my (REGISTER) order?
Please email us; we will send you the RA-Nr to check the status. For international address, we can check the latest status at local Post Office. You have to check with the Post Office or shipping company in your country.
What can I do to prevent the loss?
Please give us the address correctly. Please choose safer Option: REGISTERED MAIL, with extra $2.24 fee from SingPost.
What does MyBeadPoint do to prevent the loss?
In our record, feedback for "lost mail" is below 0.5 %.
We print out your address to avoid a human error.
We pack the order carefully with bubble wrap and provide return address on the back of envelope
We also include our email address inside the package in order to remain contactable in case the outer packing is damage.
How it does work if we want to collect our order?
You can order online as usual , and add at the comment box that you want to collect it personally. For fastest respond you can sms 9796 4232.
Where is the collection location?
Currently the collection points are block 255 Sengkang (5min from Mrt sengkang or 2 min from Lrt Compassvale Rd)
and Ngee An City (Tabkasimaya lift lobby B, level 1) Orchard, during office hour.
Do we have to pay the postage for collection?
No at all. Please ignore all shipping charges, in case it's occur at the invoice.

When can we collect the order?
Collecting at Sengkang can be made in the same day of the order or a day after for collecting at Orchad . Please send sms 9796 4232 so we will prepare the order in advanced.

products before purchase just to minimize the need of returns.
